Buellton Announces Free Community Thanksgiving Dinner for November 19; Reservations Requested

BUELLTON, Calif. — October 31, 2026. A free community Thanksgiving dinner is planned for Buellton later in November, bringing together the city’s recreation program and local community partners.

According to a City of Buellton bulletin, the Community Wide Thanksgiving Dinner is scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. Buellton Recreation is organizing the meal in partnership with Pam Gnekow and SYV Community Outreach.

How to reserve a place

The city asks people who plan to attend to call (805) 688-4571 to reserve a spot. The October 21 notice does not provide an exact event venue, a seating cap or a menu, so attendees should request those details when reserving rather than travel based on assumptions.

Home delivery information

The same phone number may also be used to coordinate a home delivery for residents who are already receiving Meals on Wheels deliveries, according to the city.
